1) Be really good looking.
2) Go to parties and clubs frequented by rich guys.
3) Fuck them enthusiastically.
4) Accept gifts and invitations to travel.

Once you do that, your reputation will be set and it's all easy from there. I have a friend who traveled all over the world like this. He practically lived in Hawaii. Actually, come to think of it, he *did* live in Hawaii for a year.
